Wednesday, 30th June 2010 »Our Boy« – 20.00-21.00 – Cultural center Q Contemporary play “Our Boy” is full of unusual elements that could on one hand be ascribed to its distant Icelandic origins, and on the other hand to its modern, puzzle-like structure. In quick crossfire of questions and answers the audience gets lost among the dead and the living, past and present, among lovers and enemies, manipulators and victims, arguments and sex, a father and mother, among a boy and his boyfriend. This is a play about love and about what can happen if we allow the prejudices to dominate. This is a play about how we can lose the one’s closest to us or even our life if we don’t love them as they are. |
