DESCRIPTION:Call for LGBTIQ+ young people: a youth exchange on the theme ‘Queer Sustainable Activism Practices: \n5th-11th August 2024 \nLjubljana\, Slovenia \nCall for LGBTIQ+ young people: youth exchange on the theme ‘Queer Sustainable Activist Practices’ \nThe Ljubljana Pride Association is looking for young LGBTIQ+ people aged between 18 and 29 to participate in a youth exchange on sustainable activist practices\, which will take place in a beautiful natural environment in Ljubljana. \nIf you are a young LGBTIQ+ person interested in activism\, sustainability and spending time in a natural environment then this is the invitation for you! \nThe Youth Exchange will bring together young LGBTIQ+ people from different European countries and is a great opportunity to make new contacts and exchange experiences! \nDuring the exchange you will get: \n\nThe opportunity to meet new LGBTIQ+ young people from Slovenia and beyond;\nNew knowledge and skills on sustainability networking and activism;\nOpportunity to exchange good methods\nSupport in developing practices and ideas to bring back to your community;\nGetting to know the local beauty and animal inhabitants\nCovered accommodation\, food and travel costs.\n\nYou will explore and share examples of good practice and share your experiences in different areas relevant to the LGBTIQ+ community in Slovenia and Europe.
