DESCRIPTION:Throughout February\, Pride Connects events will be themed around finding the best activism for each and every one of us. 100 different people\, 100 different types of activism. If you are a person who would go to the street and riot\, a person who wants to deliver educational workshops with young people or who wishes to share their story through art: if you have the desire to change the world and demand change for a better tomorrow\, there is for sure a type of activism that will give the voice to your ideas. ? \n? What do you want to fight for? What is your passion? What makes you the most angry? \n? What are you good at? What type of person are you? What are your capabilities? \n? Where do you find like-minded people? What are the colectives\, organizations\, associations and movements that might work for you? \nLjubljana Pride association’s space will transform into an interactive museum that will help you find the answers to those questions. Are you coming? \n?️ With ‘Pride Connects’\, we strive to connect the local LGBTIQ+ youth\, activists\, and all those interested in the political side of Pride(s) and LGBTIQ+ Human Rights Struggles in Slovenia and across the world. \nWe know that being an openly LGBTIQ+ person and walking down any public space is a political act\, and we know it is not easy – so we want to create a safe(r) space for all LGBTIQ+ people and a place of empowerment.
