SUMMARY:The Lesbian Bar Has A Talent!
DESCRIPTION:Dear *lesbians\,\nAutumn is here which means the *Lesbian bar is reopening its doors! \nWe are starting the season with the theme of The L Word\, iconic show whose lesbian drama is a topic of discussions in bars since 2004. And now\, while expecting the new season\, we are remembering and answering the always relevant questions. Which one is your favorite? Which one annoys you the most? Are you team Shane or team Papi? Who killed Jenny? Can Alice be a bisexual in peace\, without someone questioning her sexuality? \n*LESBIANS GOT TALENT! This season things are a bit different. You can still sing karaoke or “sing” lip-sync and besides that you have the opportunity to express your other talents. Read a poetry\, play an instrument\, do a stand-up performance\, perform an expressive dance… \n*Lesbian talents are infinite so we invite you to apply and share yours with the audience. Each person/group prepares a performance and let the best one win! \nYou can participate by applying → HERE! \nATTENTION! It will not be possible to apply at the event.\nInstructions and suggestions:\n1. Decide on a performance. What will you do\, with who\, what do you need from us? Let us know everything on the application.\n2. Fill out the form – HERE\n3. Prepare your outfit\, makeup and other accessories. If you involve the theme of the *Lesbian bar in your performance\, you get extra credit when we are picking the winner.\n4. When the lights go off\, you take the mic and the stage is yours! \nAPPLY HERE!\nThis school year your jury will be the audience\, so make sure to bring your fans. 😉 The winner will be declared by voting\, but you will get extra points assigned by The L Word experts Katja and Lana if you involve the theme of the bar in your performance \nAfter announcing the most talented *lesbian on this *Lesbian bar we continue dancing on trashy 2000 hits with DJ Pobalnika. \nAPPLY HERE!\nTimeline:\nHanging out and connecting: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM\nShow: 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM\nDJ programme: 1:00 AM – 3:00 AM \nEveryone who comes to hangout to the *Lesbian bar before 10:00 PM is rewarded with an entrance stamp for the whole night. \nEntrance in the *Lesbian bar is free until 11.00 PM\, after that regular entry of 5 € is charged which is meant to cover the costs of the *Lesbian bar. \n*Lesbian bar is a space meant for lesbians\, bisexuals\, trans women\, nonbinary persons\, queer persons – for everyone that is united by the desire for the other. \nThe doors will be open to anyone and together we will make sure that the *Lesbian bar is a safe space where sexism\, homophobia\, biphobia\, transphobia and racism have no place. \nFor any questions write to info@ljubljanapride.org (Subject: Lesbian bar)
