DESCRIPTION:Ljubljana Pride has a new account! Like other platforms we want to use Tik Tok to spread awareness about important topics and spreading the ´queer agenda´. On this Pride connects we will film Tik Toks for our profile @ljubljanapride. We want to open up a creative space for everyone who is interested in Tik Tok and LGBTQ+ topics. We welcome everyone no matter your previous experience with using Tik Tok to join us and help us create a safer community on social media! \nThe event will take place on the 8th of November at 6 pm at Dunajska 10. \nThe event will be held in English. \nAt the event\, we will take into account all preventive measures to contain the epidemic\, such as wearing masks\, disinfecting and washing hands\, maintaining mutual distance and taking into account all applicable measures to contain the epidemic. Event participants must meet the RVT (recovered / vaccinated / tested) requirement. \n With ‘Pride Connects’\, we strive to connect the local LGBTIQ+ youth\, activists\, and all those interested in the political side of Pride(s) and LGBTIQ+ Human Rights Struggles in Slovenia and across the world. \nWe know that being an openly LGBTIQ+ person and existing in any public space is a political act\, and we know it is not easy – so we want to create a safe(r) space for all LGBTIQ+ people and a place of empowerment.
