DESCRIPTION:As they say\, new year – new me and a new wave of events. In the upcoming series\, we will tackle the topic of stress. What is stress? How does it affect me? How do I cope with it? What is the difference between positive and negative stress? Vesna Štefanec\, SQVOT programme manager and counsellor\, will visit us in our living room to give us knowledge on the topic. Then we will learn how to relax with different breathing techniques and meditate with Leonardo\, a volunteer of the SQVOT programme.\nTogether we will create a safer space at the next SQVOT Living Room event on Monday\, 23 January 2023\, from 5pm to 8pm in Klub Monokel at Metelkova. \nSee you there! \nThe Living Room opens its doors every second Monday at the Monokel club in Ljubljana’s Metelkova district\, where we hang out between 5 and 8 pm. At every meeting there is a person from the SQVOT programme\, who makes the room even safer and has a lot of information about the programme and the services we offer. \nSQVOT Living Room is a place for every young LGBTIQ+ person\, who: \n\nyearns for community!\nwants to address different topics\, spend time among cool folk and meet new friends!\nmisses a safe space where they can spend their free time!\nwants a place to talk about housing exclusion\, mental health\, life and anything else that interests them.\n\nThe event is financed by the European Union.
