Since 2012, I have been using informal education methodology in my work. I create, implement and evaluate various workshops and trainings for the LGBTIQ+ community, young people belonging to other marginalised groups and people working with young people. I gained various knowledge by participating in and organising various activities that mobilise young people and change in society. I am a member of the pool of trainers of the National Youth Council of Slovenia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fields and topics that I have mostly been focused on are:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • inclusion of marginalised groups,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • hate speech and systems of oppression,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • mentoring and coordination of youth (groups),<\/span><\/li>\n
  • bullying,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • promotion of volunteering and solidarity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Ljubljana Pride\u2019s pool of trainers is composed of a team of trained and motivated non-formal education trainers, all of whom are a part of the LGBTIQ+ community. Their work is based on non-formal education methodology and youth work, and each has additional professional qualifications from social pedagogy to political science and international relations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
