At the workshop, members of various organizations will learn about ways to establish an inclusive organization that advocates for the rights and includes LGBTIQ+ people with intersectional identities.

Based on examples from their own organizations, participants will be able to create an action plan for establishing an inclusive and safer environment for employees and volunteers with a focus on their actual needs.

Inclusive Organizations is a project of the Pride Parade Association, which strives to create safer spaces for employees and connects with companies, profit and non-profit organizations and helps them plan and implement steps for greater psychological safety of LGBTIQ+ people and people with intersectional identities.
