Pride connects events are at rest this days, too. Still we try to be active and continue to prepare content for and with you.

A lot of times we are aware that something is not right and feel the need to advocate for the rights of minorities. But sometimes, we don’t know what to say: we think we will come across as immature or uneducated, we don’t understand how they don’t get us, or we don’t know how to talk to our parents or peers about political topics. To combat this, April will be dedicated to the exploration of the skill of making arguments and training yourself in defending of your values.

?️ With ‘Pride Connects’, we strive to connect the local LGBTIQ+ youth, activists, and all those interested in the political side of Pride(s) and LGBTIQ+ Human Rights Struggles in Slovenia and across the world.

We know that being an openly LGBTIQ+ person and walking down any public space is a political act, and we know it is not easy – so we want to create a safe(r) space for all LGBTIQ+ people and a place of empowerment.
