To commemorate this year’s Earth Day, Pride Connects is organising a tutorial video evening where we will share recycle and upcycle tips and practices while discussing how is the environmentalist movement connected to LGBTIQ+ activism and other movements that fight for human and animal rights.

We will learn about how to take the trash and make it into something new, useful and beautiful, looking at examples of how to upcycle old clothes, furniture and make art from things that would have been thrown away!

Ljubljana Pride and Loesje Berlin are organizing this event within the youth project DecontRamination with the aim of raising awareness of important commemorative days and activating young activists.
