Become an LGBTIQ+ Trainer!
Are you a (young) LGBTIQ+ person who wants to become more confident in leading groups, organising events, and training others? Then this training is the perfect opportunity for you!

Why join?
The training is specifically designed for LGBTIQ+ individuals and offers you the chance to develop skills in training, facilitation, and organisation of those type of events. In a safe and supportive environment, we will explore topics important for building trainer competencies and learn how to lead groups with confidence.
📅 When: December 5 – 7, 2024
📍 Where: Ljubljana (exact location will be shared with selected participants)
🕒 The training will take place approximately between 9 and 19h, and you will receive the programme a week before the training.

The goal of the training is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to lead educational events, workshops, or facilitate important discussions in the future.

Who are we looking for?
Our training is intended for LGBTIQ+ youth who are interested in training, leading the groups, or event organisation. Participants should already have some experience in these areas and look forward to enhancing their skills with theoretical knowledge and new competencies.
We especially encourage young people from various marginalised backgrounds to apply.
The training will be conducted in English.

The training will be led by Eva Jus and Tanja Veber, who have extensive experience in training, youth work, and the LGBTIQ+ community.
