Trainer description:

My journey as a trainer began in 2010, when I explored Theatre of the Oppressed in depth in Vienna. This developed into a diverse practice combining theatre, activism, and non-formal education. My journey deepened significantly through my experiences in Timor-Leste and Nepal, where I focused on gender and social justice. There, I expanded my knowledge in adult education and youth work and became a trainer in Playback Theatre, gender and social inclusion, conflict transformation, and dialogue.

After returning to Europe, my work focused on training in the areas of gender justice, inclusion, and peacebuilding with a range of organisations and in different countries. For example, I have worked with UN Women in Georgia and Azerbaijan, the American Bar Association in Timor-Leste, and the Austrian Red Cross.

I believe in the transformative potential of lifelong learning and unlearning, using an approach that creates inclusive and creative learning opportunities, combines theory and practice, and encourages personal and collective self-reflection.
