Three members of our team will participate in a one-week job shadowing in Lithuania in October, at our partner organisation, the Tolerant Youth Association (TJA). This activity represents the next step in our collaboration with TJA, with whom we have previously worked on the Rainbow Peer Forces project, within which both organisations began working with the concept of peer education. 
 
During the activity, we will discuss with the TJA team new possibilities for collaboration, exchange our experiences with peer educators, and assess the impact of this work some time after the conclusion of the project. As part of the activity overlaps with the ILGA-Europe Annual Conference, locally organised by TJA (while Društvo Parada ponosa fulfilled this role for the ILGA conference in 2023 in Ljubljana), we will also discuss with their team the inclusion of LGBTIQ+ volunteers in such events, with a focus on the learning element of the volunteer experience.
