In this activity, we will create group dynamics where we’ll toss you into carefully crafted and fake scenarios, covering LGBTIQ+, multicultural or even familiar situations. After dividing the participants into small groups, each person will become a character in this role-playing adventure, having to improvise how the conflict works. One or more people will be the mediator of the group, and they will have to reach an agreement that both sides will agree on

No need to be an expert on conflict resolution or improv, everything will be carefully explained in the activity and the main goal is for you to have fun!! Snacks and drinks, as always, are on us
