The workshop “Practising a participatory organisation workshop” takes place as part of the inclusive organisations certification process. It is conducted in Slovene.

Facilitators: Mateja Morić and Eva Jus.

Participants will get to know the concept of participation and the principles of a participatory organisation in relation to participation of young people from marginalised groups.

OBJECTIVES:

1. Participants will get an overview of the concept of (youth) participation and the 3 basic principles of a participatory organisation;
2. Participants will explore the principles of a participatory organisation in relation to participation of young people from marginalised groups;
3. Participants will define their own actions to implement the principles in practice within their own work and organisation.

Members of the Impro Association, who are taking part in the inclusive organisations certification process, will participate in the workshop.
