We invite you to a workshop on precarious work, employment and how to navigate the labor market as an LGBTIQ+ person. The workshop is suitable for employees, unemployed, self-employed, students. We will address questions such as:

• How can I avoid exploitation?
• What should every employment contract contain?
• What is holiday pay, Christmas bonus, 13th salary…?
• Who can I turn to for help in finding a job?
• How can I ensure my safety and support other LGBTIQ+ people as an LGBTIQ+ person?
• What are unions?
• What is the difference between a regular and an afternoon s.p.?

You can also prepare your own questions and we will be happy to answer them at the workshop. As part of the project Against Precariousness in the Labor Market with Youth Work, we also offer individual counseling, help with preparing a CV, and support in finding a job.
