:

I am a cultural worker, feminist educator, researcher and filmmaker from Belarus. For the last 10 years I have been organising and conducting media and film workshops for the NGOs, activists and young representatives of sensitive groups, such as LGBTQI+ community, migrants and refugees, persons with disabilities. I have also been working as a volunteer coordinator in the framework of the European Solidarity Corps and have mentored youngsters who want to create social change in their communities using audiovisual tools.

Their work is based on non-formal education methodology and youth work, and each has additional professional qualifications from social pedagogy to political science and international relations.
