? Ljubljana Pride is looking for a coordinator of Pride parade march and security! ?

Our team is in need of a motivated person who will support the coordination of the pride parade march at this year’s Pride Parade Festival, who will be trained in this field with the desire for ongoing coordination in the future.

Work includes procession coordination (directorate, coordinating work with the security and police, communication with the ambulance service), pre-parade supervision (support to the technical team), ensuring a smooth procession (timely start, road closure with directors), and oversight the whole event until the end of the parade day.

Candidate should:

?be a part of the LGBTIQ + community or an ally

?you have previous experience in leading and organizing groups of people or a strong interest in learning in the field

?be interested in long-term involvement with the Ljubljana Pride associaton

     areas of work

Volunteer work will take place in June 2020 in Ljubljana, or during the Pride Parade Festival (May 5 – June 13, 2020) and further by appointment. The Festival may also be postponed to a later date, most likely in September 2020.
