LGBTIQ + VOLUNTEERING

The organization has been operating and creating exclusively through voluntary work since its inception.

Both the individuals in leadership roles and those carrying out the entire program and activities are volunteers. Every year, more than 100 young volunteers from Slovenia and abroad participate in the Festival, and throughout the year, 20 regular volunteers support the activities. Since 2015, the organization has been recognized as a youth-friendly volunteer organization.

Volunteering is also one of the main pillars of the organization: we are aware of the power of volunteering for youth participation, increasing the visibility of the LGBTIQ+ community, and activating society as a whole. We are also aware that not all organizations sufficiently support young LGBTIQ+ individuals, which is why our mission is primarily to engage and offer opportunities to young LGBTIQ+ people.
