PURPOSE
Comprehensively addressing the topic of homelessness and housing exclusion among LGBTIQ+ youth.
GOALS
1. Awareness raising
Establishing understanding and knowledge of the situation in the field of living conditions of LGBTIQ + people in Slovenia and the phenomenon of homelessness and housing exclusion risk.
2. Preventive support for at-risk LGBTIQ + youth
Establishing prevention and support services for young LGBTIQ + people with increased risk of homelessness or housing exclusion.
3. Short-term crisis accommodation for LGBTIQ + youth
Establishing of a short-term crisis accommodation mechanism for young LGBTIQ + people in severe (housing) distress.
4. Addressing the topic on systemic and policy levels
Advocacy and dialogue with relevant decision-makers for systemic addressing of issues.

FOR WHOM?
Young LGBTIQ + people in housing distress:
– who do not have access to adequate housing
– who experience discrimination or violence in their home
– who, for various reasons, cannot cover their living expenses
– who have an increased risk of finding themselves in any of the situations listed above

Raziskovalno poročilo

V okviru programa Sqvot je nastalo pričujoče raziskovalno poročilo, katerega namen je narediti prvi korak na področju raziskovanja stanja in analize potreb na področju bivanjskih razmer LGBTIQ+ mladih v Sloveniji. Poročilo je skupek bolj in manj obsežnih analiz podatkov, ki smo jih pridobile_i v preteklem letu, in ponuja vpogled v različne segmente in stanja, ki so pomembna za razumevanje in naslavljanje stanovanjske izključenosti in brezdomnosti mladih LGBTIQ+ oseb.
